		<description>Bill,
I saw an article about you, your company and your ideas on CNET and followed up by visiting your website. Just like everywhere else, Wyoming is battling landfill problems -- and many of ours are not at all well executed.
During the 2010 legislative session, lawmakers will consider a bill which its sponsor claims will force an economic (cost/benefit or risk management) analysis to be applied to a variety of state processes and regulations including landfill design, management and location. The result could be to allow landfills to accept all kinds of waste with reduced regard to environmental impacts and the value of the energy that might be recaptured from the &#039;waste&#039;.
I would be happy to share relevant information with state decision makers about your ideas and hope that you might find time to offer up some suggestions that would best advance your cause.
In the meanwhile, best regards,
Richard Garrett
